This page is meant as an extension of my regular terms. These terms apply only to adoptables or custom character designs you've purchased from me.
By purchasing an adoptable from me, you hereby agree to my terms and conditions as follows.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Why does the image say "THIS HAS NOT BEEN PURCHASED YET" in the middle of it?
This is simply there to avoid theft. Basically, someone can't just right click and save the image and then use it, because then people can see that it hasn't been purchased, and does not belong to them. If you buy the character, you'll receive an image without that watermark.
ADOPTABLE TERMS OF SERVICE:
These adoptables are only for personal use. They are non-commercial and non-replicable.
You must credit me for the original art if you repost it.
Crediting me for the design regarding other pieces of art featuring the character is appreciated, but not strictly necessary.
You may trade or give away the design. You may resell the design for equal or lesser value. If the design has additional artwork, you may price it accordingly. You do not need to contact me if you wish to resell.
You may not claim that you drew the original art or created the design.
You can edit the design freely, including making edits to my artwork, as long as you are still giving me proper credit for the original piece. If you want me to make edits beyond the finished adoptable, there will be an additional fee.
Generally speaking, you have freedom with your character and you do not need to contact me if you want to change things about them, resell or rehome them, etc. However, if you are confused as to whether something is okay or not, you are welcome to message me with any questions!
ADOPTABLE BASES TERMS OF USE:
You must credit me when using my bases. Preferably in the image itself (a small watermark in the corner is fine), but a note in the description is acceptable.
Any art made of the characters afterwards does not have to be credited back to me, only the original artwork using the base.
You may make as many characters as you'd like from my bases, unless otherwise specified.
You may edit the lineart as you wish.
You may make adoptables to sell for a profit from my bases, as long as you abide by the rest of the rules here.
You may also do commissions on these bases, as long as your commissioner knows ahead of time that their commission is going to be done on a pre-made base and that you did not create that base.
You may not resell or redistribute the base to anyone (including your friends or family members) without my permission. Collaborations are okay, as long as the other person won't grab the lineart for future use.
